The "April Cold Brew" project launched out of a frustration with Cold Brew as a product. It is very rare that you ever try a tasty version of it. We also experience it to be a labor intense process for coffee shops to brew thier own. Therefore, we decided to embark on our own mission. To producce a tasty Cold Brew.
We started the project last year. Tried different roasting approaches and brew methods but couldn't make it taste the way we wanted to. We decided not to launch but kept on working on it.
This season we are back on track. Currently test brewing and getting some really interesting results. This summer we are looking to launch. It will be available both as wholesale for coffee shops as well as retail online via our webshop.
