Drip Pack Method #1 - With Scale:

Pull and tear the tab on your Drip Pack to open, fold out the wings on either side of the bag and place your Drip Pack over a cup of your choice, preferably a tall vessel with a capacity larger than 250ml.

Once you have placed and attached your Drip Pack, place your cup on an electronic weighing scale with a timer function and tare. Heat clean water to a temperature of 92'C degrees, ideally using a water with a total hardness below 125 ppm.

Using your timer and scale, pour your water into the Drip Pack, aiming to complete a pour of 150g of water with a duration of 30 seconds. Take care when pouring to ensure that your Drip Pack does not overflow.

After your pour is complete, wait approximately 60 seconds for all of the liquid to filter through the coffee bed, before carefully removing the filter.

Drip Pack Method #2 - Without Scale:

Pull and tear the tab on your Drip Pack to open, fold out the wings on either side of the bag and place your Drip Pack over a cup of your choice, preferably a tall vessel with a capacity of between 200-250ml.

Once you have placed and attached your Drip Pack, take a cup of the similar or same size, fill that cup to 2/3 of its capacity with hot and clean water suitable for coffee brewing.

Pour your water from your second cup into the Drip Pack, aiming to complete your pour within a duration of 30 seconds. Take care when pouring to ensure that your Drip Pack does not overflow.

After your pour is complete, wait approximately 60 seconds for all of the liquid to filter through the coffee bed, before carefully removing the filter.
